About Me
Hi! I'm Nico De Jesus, a freelance personal/editorial stylist serving all gender clientele. I operate out of Chicago but am available for travel work and virtual appointments. I offer a range of services including: Editorial/Runway styling, Personal Shopping, Closet Edits, & Online Look Books.
For some background, I began my fashion career at a luxury boutique in Park City, UT. This position inspired me to further develop my career and begin styling at Neiman Marcus in Tampa, FL. As the assistant to the personal stylists, I learned how to best help my clientele and how to run styling appointments efficiently. Finally, I moved to Chicago for my role as a luxury stylist at Nordstrom Michigan Avenue.
Why did I decide to leave retail & become a solo stylist? For my clients' sake, and for my own creative process to be as authentic as possible. Corporate retailers usually work on 100% commission pay structures and it made my work feel impersonal. My mission is to make my clients feel their best through my passion and eye for fashion.
